With over 18 years of experience as a corporate leader, Stephaine Graham brings a strong foundation of strategy, leadership, and execution to everything she does, both professionally and in her community. Known as “Your Community Bestie,” she is passionate about uplifting others and creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and inspired. As the founder of Community Uplift Initiatives, Inc., a 501c3 nonprofit organization, Stephaine leads efforts that strengthen and empower her community through meaningful programs and events.

Her work includes the annual Sampson Juneteenth Celebration, the Women’s Day Celebration, and The Uplift Project, which provides support to individuals and families in need. Through her leadership, creativity, and heart for service, Stephaine continues to build connections, celebrate culture, and create opportunities that leave a lasting impact. Her mission is rooted in one goal: to uplift her community and inspire others to do the same.

Our Initiatives

Sampson Juneteenth

An annual celebration that unites the community through music, vendors, youth activities, and cultural experiences. Through this event, we aim to support local business, bring the community together, and promote cultural awareness.

Sampson Women’s Day

An annual event recognizing and empowering women from all walks of life by providing inspiration , recognition, and connection.

The Uplift Project

A program dedicated to helping children who are displaced or in transition by providing resources, support, and encouragement. The Uplift Initiative focuses on stability, confidence, and community support.
